Conceived by Hans Susantio of VIN.DA.TE Interior and Architecture, this home transforms high-rise living into a sensory journey defined by fluid spaces and rich textures. The residence embraces a calming palette of soft beiges, warm sands, and gentle greys to create a serene visual rhythm throughout the home.

The spatial narrative begins in the lobby. The floor features an intricately patterned carpet that offers welcoming warmth. Suspended above is a centerpiece from the Glamour Collection. Inspired by the ethereal beauty of winter, this piece resembles a delicate tree with slender branches adorned by countless icy sculptures, each one featuring frozen glass that glistens softly while beautifully refracting the light.

Transitioning toward the main living quarters, the materials shift to deeper tones. A dark-paneled wooden door featuring intricate studding anchors the threshold. Guiding the way inside is the Voa Collection Wall Lamp. This sculptural fixture features stylized golden swallows on a cast branch, evoking a poetic play of light and shadow where poetry takes flight. The graceful creatures balance strength and delicacy, breathing new life into the space while casting a warm glow against the textured walls.

The entrance leads into an airy foyer. Polished white marble floors catch the ambient light and stretch toward the horizon. The wall features floating cabinetry finished in a soft wood grain, punctuated by a central band of dark walnut drawers. In the center of the foyer, an oval table crafted from grey marble rests on a textured base. Directly above it, a suspended Voa Collection Chandelier weaves across a recessed ceiling alcove, continuing the nature-inspired choreography of swallows.

The residence unfolds into a spectacular great room where the dining room, kitchen, and living areas merge into a single panorama. The dining area forms the absolute focal point of this expansive zone. The dining table features a monolithic slab of exotic Prisma Marble with dramatic veins. Surrounding it are plush chairs upholstered in silver-grey fabric with slender black legs. Suspended above the table is the Bijout Collection Chandelier. Crafted from a gold bronze cast, the fixture holds tiny glasses that look like jewels. This intricate web of delicate branches creates a unique atmosphere and a beautiful canopy of light that mirrors the glittering Jakarta skyline.

A luxury kitchen flanks the dining space with slate-blue cabinetry, a marble island, and dark barstools. On the opposite side, industrial-chic pillars inset with antique mirror panels separate the dining zone from the formal living room, where low-slung modular sofas face a sleek entertainment wall.

The Sky Suite achieves a rare equilibrium through a masterful interplay of contrasting materials. It combines polished Prisma marbles underfoot, warm gold-bronze castings on the bespoke lighting, and rich textiles that frame the city views.
